며칠 전에 만들어 먹었던 내 멋대로 샌드위치 이후로 샌드위치를 자주 해 먹게 되네요. 좋은 점은 야채를 많이 먹게 되고 몸이 건강해지는 느낌이에요. 참고로 저는 요리 초보이고 간단하고 쉬운 요리 위주로 해 먹으려고 하는 편이라서요. 

 

Now days i often make sandiwiches since i have made A few days ago. The good thing is i could eat much vegetable and feel like more healthier. I try to cook easy and simple recipe as i am just a bigginer.

빨리빨리 하다보니 모양까지 살리기는 힘들었어요. 먼저 집에 있는 오븐에 5분에서 10분 정도 돌려주었고요. 그리고서 아보카도 오일로 만들어진 마요네즈를 양쪽에 발랐답니다. 

 

As a mother of a baby, i always hurry to do somethig so it it hard to consider the shape when i slice the bagle. I warm the bread on the oven for 5-10 mins. After that i spread mayo which was made of avocado oil.

 

 

그위에 썰어둔 오이와 양배추를 듬뿍 올려주었구요.

And then add the chopped cucumber and cabbage.

 

얼마 전 맛본 알라 하바티 생치즈인데 맛있네요. 강추합니다. 루스탄 슈퍼마켓에서 샀고요. 저 유기농 케첩은 헬시 옵션에서 사 왔어요.

 

this natural cheese i tasted last time, so delicious. I stronly recommend it. We got this in the rustans' and the ketchup from healthy option. 

 

그리고 그위에 치즈를 이렇게 작은 크리고 잘라 덮어주었고요.

Cut this cheese into small size.

 

케챺을 뿌려줍니다. 하트 모양이 실수로 저렇게 되어버렸어요.

Add the ketchup. I was supposed to make heart shape. But fail.

 

자 완성이에요. 다른 블로거분들은 더 깔끔하고 예쁘게 찍으시는 분들 많은데 저는 아직 솜씨가 부족해요. 이해해주세요.

먹다 보면 재료들이 다 떨어져서 랩으로 이렇게 덮어주면 돼요.

And i wrapped now it is time to eat.

제 남편이 먹어보더니 정말 맛있다고 하던데 사실은 저도 오늘 치즈를 넣고 해서 진짜 잘 먹었어요. 남편 말로는 맥도널드의 버거 느낌이래요. 

My husband said it is so delicious. In fact i also enjoyed this one with cheese.

he said it is like mc burger.
