Korean thanksgiving day

다들 즐거운 한가위 보내셨나요? 저는 필리핀에 있는 관계로 특별히 다른 음식은 하지 못했지만 그래도 추석 때마다 항상 사서 맛보는 특별한 음식이 있는데 바로 문케이크이에요. 중국의 월병이라고 불리우는 보름달 모양으로 생긴 음식으로속 안에는 팥이랑 타로가 들어있고요 그렇게 많이 달지는 않아서 좋았어요. 미리 예약을 해야 살 수 있어서 예약을 한 후 저희는 보니파시오에 있는 그랜드 하얏트 호텔 베이커리에서 구매했고

요. 식구들이 다 같이 맛있게 먹어서 내년에도 구매할 것 같아요. 오늘은 추석날 저희가 먹은 음식을 소소하게 나누는 글을 올려보았네요. 

 

Is everyone having a good time of chuseok? I live in the philippines so we couldn't cook special korean food but every year we try this food, moon cake. It looks like a full moon. I think that's why they named this moon cake. It is stuffed wih red bean and 

taro. And not very sweet. To buy this we should have a reservation first and it is available. We bought from grand hyatt hotel bakery located in bonifacio. Our family member enjoyed so next year we will try again. Today i posted about food we ate during chuseok to share with you together. 

 

 

아무래도 계속 집콕을 하고 있는 상황이라 기분 전환하는데 좋았고요.

Me and my baby are keep staying in the house so it was nice to change the mood.

 

그리고 대표음식으로 닭 오븐구이를 하느라 유기농 닭 두 마리를 헬시 옵션에서 구입했는데 냉동이지만 싱싱하고 좋았고요.

재구매의사 있습니다. 반찬 하기 싫은 날은 닭 오븐에 구운 후 샐러드랑 같이 먹으니까 맛있었답니다. 후식은 커피랑 문케이크 그리고 하겐다즈 아이스크림으로 마무리합니다.

 

we bought two organic chickens from healthy option to roast on the oven. Even frozen , it was fresh. I want to buy again next time. When you don't want to cook and lazy it is nice to eat together with roasted chicken and salad. And there are dessert such as moon cake with coffee and haggendaz icecream.

오븐이 갑자기 멈춰서 다시 두 번을 돌렸어요. 시간 조절에 실패해 위에 부분이 탔지만 안은 딱 알맞게 익어서 잘 먹었네요. 

그리고 크기가 커서 세 식구 먹기에는 충분해요. 

 

 

Suddenly oven has a probrem so i use oven two times and overcooked! on the top of the chicken, it was burned but inside was perfect.

 

 

오늘의 마지막 코스인 아이스크림입니다. 남은 휴일도 즐거운 시간 되길 바라요.
